リティが監禁されているプールの周りには壁が作られ、階段は閉鎖され、観客から隠されていました。
見せたいものだけ見せ、見せたくないものは隠す。
動物園水族館をはじめとする、動物産業が採用する方法です。
リティの体には傷ができていました。
顔の先、お腹、背中。
背中の傷は、ハニーの末期の傷を思い出させます。
同じプールには、もう一人のオキゴンドウ、バンドウイルカ、ベルーガが監禁されています。
感染症も心配されます。
動物を捕獲・監禁し、お金儲けをするのは野蛮です。
動物を資源とし搾取する野蛮な文化から、動物の尊厳を尊重する倫理的な文化へシフトしましょう。
もうイルカやクジラを監禁しないで、と声を届けてください。

折れ曲がったオキゴンドウ「リティ」の姿です。
八景によると、筋肉の病気らしい、自然界でもある病気だと思われるとのこと。
国内外の専門家に診せ、投薬を行なっているということです。
しかし、原因は不明。
自然から捕獲され、狭いコンクリートに監禁され、原因不明の病気になっています。
野生動物を捕獲し、サーカスをさせるのは野蛮です。
多くの国々ではイルカやクジラに対して行なった過ちを反省し、芸をさせるのはもちろん、繁殖、捕獲も禁止しています。
リティが心配です。
もうイルカやクジラを監禁しないで、と水族館に声を届けてください。

イルカ突き棒漁に関して共有します。
突き棒漁も、残酷な漁です。
手順は、
1 イルカは、船首が起こす波に乗るために、遊びに来ます。
2 漁師は、船首から飛び出た台に乗り、背中めがけて銛を突き刺します。
逃げるイルカを追いかけて行って刺す場合もあります。
3 銛先が外れ、体に食い込み、抜けません。
4 イルカは逃げようとしますが、力尽きて死にます。
銛に電気を流し、感電死させる場合もあります。すべてのイルカを電気を流して殺すのかは不明。
5 銛先につなげたロープに浮きをつけ、イルカを放置、ほかのイルカを追い銛を刺します。
6 この手順を繰り返し、最後に浮きと死んだイルカを回収する
獲物とされるのは、イルカ、カジキ。
かつてはマンボウも殺していました。
突きん棒の構造をイラストにしました。
*写真は、先日の東北調査で撮影した、岩手県の突き棒漁船と銛です。この漁船が、イルカを突いているかは不明。
