この新潟県の長岡市寺泊水族博物館は、犬吠埼マリンパークと同じ建築家の設計だと思われます。
The Nagaoka-shi Teradomari Aquarium is probably designed by the same architect as the Inubosaki Marine Park building.
ほとんどが漁業ゴミ。

多くの場合、ウミガメは外に出ようとしている。水槽の上に手を出し逃れようとし、出口はないかとさがし、水槽の端に頭をぶつける。水槽の下の隅に頭を突っ込んで動かなくなっている姿もよく見る。 
In many cases, sea turtles are going out. Try to get out of the aquarium, try to escape, look for an exit, and hit them head against the edge of the aquarium. I often see the figure stuck in the bottom corner of the aquarium.
