京都水族館_4 アザラシも薬漬け
飼育員は目の保護と言っていました。
自分たちは動物にやさしいんですと、言わんばかりに。
目の保護をしないといけない環境に監禁し、体の造りが全く異なる動物に人間用の薬を投入すること自体が、非倫理で反自然であることに気づいていただきたいですね。
また、アシカのメアリーの目もおかしいように見えます。

中には、川の流水にアザラシをそのまま突っ込んでいる施設もありました。ノースサファリサッポロ。
アザラシは白内障になりやすいように思えます。
特にバイカルアザラシです。

今回、京都水族館のアザラシの目を確認してきませんでした。
どなたか行かれる人がいましたら、確認とできれば撮影をお願いいたします。
撮影は難しいと思います。アザラシは動きますので。
コツを伝授します。
①アザラシは同じ動きをします。常同行動かもしれません。プールの端から端まで何度も泳ぎ続ける場合、ターンをするときにスピードが落ちます。ターンし終わって次の動作に移る瞬間が狙いどころです。
②アザラシが泳ぐスピードは比較的一定です。泳ぐスピードに合わせてカメラを動かしながら撮影すると、ピントが合います。
③疲れると水面に顔を出して休みます。その時に目を狙って絵撮影します。アクリル板越しだと映りにくいです。

1 Seals moves in the same way. It may be abnomal behavior. If a seal keep swimming from end to end of the pool, it will slow down as the seal turn. The moment the seal finish the turn and move on to the next action is your aim.
2 The speed at which the seals swim is relatively constant. If you shoot while moving the camera according to the swimming speed, it will be in focus.
3 The seal get tired and rest on the surface of the water. At that time, you aim at the seal eyes and take pictures. It is hard to see if it is over acrylic board.
